As the directory team leader, you will oversee a skilled group of people who will manage the Continental Tires’ global directory services.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification :

Job Responsibilities
- You will lead and manage a global team of active directory engineers and you will provide them guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- You will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the active directory infrastructure, including forests, domains, and organizational units.
- You will ensure the security and compliance of the AD environment by developing and enforcing policies and rules.
- You will serve as the final escalation point for critical issues. You will provide support for disaster recovery, environment stabilization, and capacity restoration.
- You will do analysis, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies related to active directory in Continental.
- You will resolve complex AD related issues in close co-operation with the specialists, external partners, vendors and other IT teams.
- You will participate in IT and business projects related to active directory implementation in Continental.
- You will conduct regular audits and health checks of the AD environment to identify potential risks.
- You will collaborate with cyber security on a regular basis to define and implement relevant security concepts.
- You will consult for active directory, Azure AD and federation services for internal customers in Continental.
- You will stay updated with the latest AD technologies and best practices to run continuous improvement.
