Eligibility Criteria
Qualification :
- Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management.
Experience Required :
- 3-4 years of experience of Corporate/Commercial Banking in a capacity of credit analyst / relationship officer with exposure to Corporate Banking in UAE.
Skill & Competencies :
- You should have professional quality of credit proposals and internal or external communication, in line with the defined policies and procedures.
- You should have strong autonomy and ability to work independently of RM.
- You will process excess and isolated requests for existing customers within defined TAT.

Job Responsibilities
- You will have to process renewals and new credit proposals. You will process excess and isolated requests for existing customers in time and with minimal involvement from the RM.
- You will ensure timely and accurate credit administrations through timely completion of annual reviews and regular monitoring of financials, covenants and other parameters within the review cycle.
- You will have to be proficient in dealing with customer queries to provide appropriate solutions and enhance the customer satisfaction levels.
- You will analyse and examine information given by the customer like project reports, feasibility reports, balance sheets, cash flows etc. It’s necessary to structure the credit lines, balancing the risk and reward.
- You will establish good relations with customers for their daily banking requirements and professionally manage security documentation requirements.
- You will establish effective and professional communication both internal and external to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.
- You will conduct customer visits, whenever required for business requirements.
- You will monitor the development and progress of commercial deals and ensure quick action in case of any adverse development.
- You will comply with internal audit requirements in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the bank.
- You will monitor the early warning signs of deterioration of accounts and ensure to keep high quality of assets.
