Eligibility Criteria

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Experience Required :

  • You have to be proficient in tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R (for statistical analysis).
  • You should be proficient in workforce management related software like Kronos, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and HRIS platforms.
  • You should have knowledge in methods like predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and scenario planning.
  • You should have strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • You should excel in communication and presentation skills.
  • You should be detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • You should have experience in developing workforce planning solutions in multiple industries (preferred)
