Eligibility Criteria
Qualification :
- You should have a bachelor’s degree.
- A higher degree is desirable. But should have a solid background in trade controls.
Experience Required :
- You should have more than 5 years of operational experience of applying regional trade control or customs regulations.
Skill & Competencies :
- You should have a working knowledge of the U.S. “International Traffic in Arms Regulations” and U.S. “Export Administration Regulations”.

Job Responsibilities
- You will work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to understand business strategies and objectives.
- You will plan and execute innovative compliant solutions to help enable business success.
- You will support the BSA import or export team to help ensure compliant transactions, including broker management, jurisdiction and classification reviews and performing necessary due diligence.
- You will implement and maintain a cohesive trade compliance infrastructure within BSA, including user friendly processes, compliance monitoring and training.
- You will partner with in-country regulators to help promote a rationalized trade control environment beneficial to Boeing.
- You will provide support to Boeing JVs and partner companies.
- You will identify and highlight trade compliance risks and participate in enterprise or external compliance risk management reviews.
- You will support enterprise level investigations and contribute to establishing, implementing and reviewing appropriate corrective actions.
- You will attend relevant business meetings as the GTC ambassador, advising the BSA leadership and program and function teams accordingly.
- You will provide proactive support to the GTC senior manager and colleagues relating to workload management and prioritization of tasks.
- You will maintain effective communication with GTC colleagues in the U.S. responsible for the respective defense programs in KSA.
- You should have flexibility to attend virtual meetings in other international time zones.
