Eligibility Criteria
Qualification :
- You should have a graduation degree in information technology.
Experience Required :
- More than 5 years of experience within IT.
- You should have PMO experience in supporting the delivery of business IT solutions with financial governance and tracking the delivery of tangible value.
- You should demonstrated your experience in supporting stakeholder and project team management at various levels of seniority.
Skill & Competencies :
- You should have minimum of 5 years portfolio or programmer management office supporting CMMi for traditional and SAFe for Lean delivery models.
- You should have knowledge of project management practices.
- You should have excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team of support staff.
- You should have strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. You should also have negotiation skills, and ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
- You should have strong analytical abilities and computer literacy skills.
- You should have the knowledge of project management, methods and tools like Planview, JIRA, relationship management, people management, business change management.
- You should be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.

Job Responsibilities
- You will build strong relationships and networks with managers, executives and other key stakeholders to transform the traditional PMO to an Agile PMO, and lead the move to objective milestones and Lean-Agile budgeting.
- You will act as a communication and advisory liaison regarding strategy.
- You will ensure strong collaboration and partnership between PMO and product portfolio managers and business partners.
- You will serve as the central point of contact for assigned internal and external communications.
- You will develop and implement a consistent PMO methodology and approach for maintaining schedule, resources, budget and metrics for managing project performance to defined goals.
- You will contribute to define and achieve the agreed objectives and key results for PMO and technical product portfolio and delivery management capability.
- You will measure overall project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- You will ensure that project status reports, schedules, costs, resources, issues and risks are tracked accurately and according to standard.
- You will manage project change in accordance with the project management office change management process governance guidelines to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, benefits, and contracts.
- You will drive transparency by enabling faster and informed decision making through higher visibility of data and data-driven insights.
- You will continuously work on the implementation and improvement of tools, supporting processes in conjunction with the new ways of working and implementing lean and agile governance.
- You will play an active role in the preparation of the annual budget and the capacity plans and tracking expenditure and recovery of costs on an ongoing basis.
