Experience Required :
- You should have native fluency in traditional Chinese and business proficiency in English.

Job Responsibilities
- You will review, edit and translate high visibility UI content and high priority long-form content of Meta family of apps and other core experiences.
- You will be performing localization screenshot testing in traditional Chinese to identify linguistic and functional issues.
- You will work closely with product teams and performing hands on linguistic testing on web and mobile devices.
- You will collaborate with localization program management team to support product launches and driving the efforts to ensure linguistic quality from end to end during the product launch cycles.
- You will drive product or vertical specific language quality initiatives at scale.
- You will collaborate with vendor management team to select translation vendors, drive vendor probation, and support vendors’ onboarding.
- You will closely monitor vendor translation quality through our quality framework and managing translation vendors’ performance when needed.
- You will drive or support cross functional or team level quality framework at scale.
- You will build and scale stakeholder education programs for internal cross functional partners and external vendors to ensure language quality from end to end.
- You will maintain the localization glossaries, style guides, and translation memory for owned content. You will keep them up to date and audience appropriate.
- You will work closely with the in-country stakeholders across time zones to deliver market appropriate translation.
- You will perform other linguistic tasks as needed.
- You will travel domestically or internationally to other Meta offices or business sites as needed.
